As a result of my efforts, I was responsible for 40% of the existing functional codebase. I collaborated with a client who was so delighted with our work that years later, he returned, expressing a desire to rejuvenate the project.

The Reading Lab CRM’s calendar is a powerful tool for teachers and students, streamlining scheduling and time management. Its intuitive interface displays upcoming events, deadlines, and important dates and can schedule interviews. Seamlessly integrated with the CRM, it facilitates efficient planning of academic and extracurricular activities. Teachers schedule lessons and assessments, while students track assignments and reading milestones.
Student Panel
In the Student Panel of Reading Lab, effortlessly manage student information with a user-friendly listing feature. Add details like parent names, grading, gender, and date of birth for efficient organisation. This centralised hub streamlines administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date student profiles.
Communication
In Reading Lab’s Communication Panel, users can effortlessly schedule class-specific messages and announcements for both staff and students. The added convenience of predefined templates streamlines communication, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of important information. This feature enhances coordination within the educational community, promoting a more organised and connected learning environment
Reports/Graph
The Reports Panel in the Reading Lab offers a comprehensive view of student progress. Users can easily access individual progress reports complete with insightful graphs. This visual representation provides a quick overview of academic development. Moreover, the convenience of downloading these reports in PDF format ensures easy sharing and documentation. The Reports Panel simplifies tracking student performance, enhancing the overall assessment and reporting process within the Reading Lab platform.
Staffs
The Staff Panel in Reading Lab provides a centralized hub for managing staff details efficiently. Users can access comprehensive information about each staff member, including their role, email, and phone number. The panel also features an active status indicator with a convenient switch button, allowing seamless toggling between active and inactive statuses. This streamlined interface facilitates quick and easy oversight of staff details, contributing to effective staff management within the Reading Lab platform
Profile
Within the Profile Panel of Reading Lab, users can effortlessly create and manage their profiles. This includes details like designation, names, email, and phone number. The panel also allows customization of billing settings, including billing scheme and preferred payment currency ($, PKR, Euro). Users have convenient options such as profile deletion, providing flexibility and control over their account within the Reading Lab platform.
CLIENT IMPACT
The project was successfully launched and implemented in a school, and to this day, it continues to support the
institution, accommodating new students, admins, and teachers, thereby facilitating business growth. Encouraged by its success, the client sold the project to another school in Karachi, demonstrating its value and effectiveness in the
education industry.
