We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, email marketing, and prospecting using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data extraction platforms. This role requires someone who can effectively support the sales and marketing team in identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Plan and run targeted campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Implement audience segmentation to deliver personalized outreach content.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Leverage personalization strategies to make outreach more relevant and impactful.
• Utilize customer and prospect data to optimize engagement and user experience.
• Design and manage marketing funnels to guide prospects through awareness to conversion.
• Implement strategies to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion stages.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo and other prospecting/lead generation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead411, or similar tools for data extraction.
• Strong skills in email outreach and LinkedIn networking.
• Prior experience working with US/European clients (preferred).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
