Havaianas, a renowned Brazilian brand specializing in sandals, flip flops, and footwear, required a distinct experience for their US customers. They had an SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) based core cartridge which needed enhancement to cater to the specific needs of the US market.

Business Requirement

The primary business need was to create a US layer on top of the existing core site, offering different experiences and features for the US market. This project encompassed building a site from scratch and providing ongoing support, including bug fixes, new feature integrations, and a major redesign.

Self Return and estimated shipping date management using Zenkraft.

Fraud Prevention

Implemented Clearsale and Google reCaptcha v3 for fraud detection and prevention.

Tax Calculation:

Integrated Avatax for real-time tax calculation.

Analytics and Tag Management

Integrated Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Email Marketing

Utilized SFMC for transactional and marketing emails.

Digital Asset Management:

Employed Yapoli as DAM for real-time product image storage and display.
