The ERP tool helps teams manage daily incidents by providing an action plan for two bodies, admins and workers. Admins execute the plan while workers implement it, resulting in efficient handling of sudden, periodic, planned, drilled, and scheduled incidents. The project includes reporting, communication chat, and a basic set of ERP, with an added feature of running automated simulated drills to improve action plan execution in real-time.

In this role, I took charge of managing daily operations and upcoming client requests while also developing new features for the organization. As a result of my efforts, I was responsible for 40% of the existing functional codebase. I collaborated with a client who was so delighted with our work that years later, he returned, expressing a desire to rejuvenate the project.
