Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist + LinkedIn Outreach Expert)

Force Cloud is looking for a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base through Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach. If you know how to turn leads into long-term partnerships, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to improve visibility and conversions.
• Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client needs.
• Generate, qualify, and engage leads via LinkedIn using organic outreach or Sales Navigator.
• Initiate professional communication with prospects to convert them into active clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and business proposals.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, track performance, and report weekly progress.
• Achieve monthly goals for proposals, leads, and project acquisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
• Strong knowledge of IT, SaaS, or Digital Services domains.
• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and engaging clients through LinkedIn.
• Excellent English communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM or lead-tracking tools (preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
